The best file format for use when uploading files into the online designer is .EPS.

Our designer will accept additional vector based graphics formats but .EPS has proven to be the most reliable.

Other supported types are:
XPS / XML Paper Specification
WPF / Windows Presentation Foundation / Silverlight
SWF / Flash
SVG / Scalable Vector Graphics

*Raster based files such as .PNG, JPG, GIF, TIFF, etc are supported but not recommended. The print quality of such files will not be optimal. If you need to use raster images please try to provide the highest quality image possible. A good rule of thumb is the bigger the file size, the better. The designer will let you know if the print quality for your graphic will be acceptable before saving your design. If the designer is showing "Poor" quality, make your image smaller until you have a green border around your graphic when it is selected.

If you receive a "Rendering Error" after uploading your graphic, our processing engine cannot support the file type.

If you are having trouble uploading your file, please send us a copy of the file you are using and we will do our best to convert it for you.
